Phoenicia Water District -There is a Leak on Rt. 214. On Tuesday February 3, we will be shutting off water at 11am until possibly 5pm. Hopefully we will finish sooner, but we never know. THIS WILL ONLY AFFECT - Upper Rt. 214 Customers, from Graham & Co. up 214 AND include School Lane. Thank you for your understanding.
