NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Town of Shandaken Planning Board will hold a PUBLIC HEARING pursuant to section 274-b of State Law and as prescribed by the District Schedule of Area and Bulk Regulations of the Shandaken Town Code for the purpose of hearing the following applicant:
An application for a Special Use Permit has been submitted to the Planning Board by Daniel Casey for a parcel located at 7696 Route 28 in Shandaken, further identified as SBL# 4.20-1-44. Parcel consists of 2-acres and is located in a Residential 1.5-acre Zoning District.
Applicant is seeking approval to operate a Contractors Yard on the subject property.
The Public Hearing is schedules for March 11, 2026 at 6:45pm at the Shandaken Town Hall, located at 7209 Route 28 Shandaken, New York.
Any person wishing to make comment regarding this application may do so during the Public Hearing. If you are unable to attend, written comments may be submitted and will be read into the record at the meeting. Such comments may be sent to:
