ADU FINANCING Info Session on Tuesday, Sept 9 @ Pine Hill Community Center.

Last week RUPCO announced a new round of funding for their Plus One ADU program, with a very short window of time before they start reviewing applications and choosing grant recipients on Sept 19.

In an effort to encourage more Shandaken residents to consider building ADUs (including converting single-family homes into duplexes by converting garages, basements etc. into separate apartments), Shandaken’s Housing Smart Committee and our new Catskills Alliance for Housing & Preservation will host an ADU FINANCING Info Session on Tuesday, Sept 9 @ 7pm @ the Pine Hill Community Center.
